01 DESIGN
Within Denim & Non-denim spirit, in this process we prepare the aesthetic value of the design, original, functional, economic, meet customer expectations and be met the criteria to be made.
02 MODEL MAKING
In the process of modeling the designs passed through the approval process, the expert model is accompanied by the latest computer systems and the technical details such as plans, drawings, graphics and three-dimensional modeling are processed. With the final approval, the cutting stage of production comes next.
03 CUTTING
In the cutting process, which is controlled by computer support (CAD) and with the control of a specialized worker, modern cutting tools cut the appropriate parts in the specified way and, if necessary, seperate with the control mechanism.
04 SEWING
In this stage where the parts coming from the cutting line and auxiliary products are combined, different machines such as single needle, double needle, overlock are used and the desired products are finalized. The product is then sent to the washing step after the trimming and stabilization.
05 WASHING
The washing step, which enables the final product to be finalized and determines the style the product will carry, is very important. The most important point at this stage where chemicals are used is the use of chemicals in accordance with health criteria. We, as Aydenim, offer healthy and comfortable products to meet these criteria.
06 FINISH
The product is delivered to the customer at the end of this section where the controls are made after all the stages in the production line and the ironing-packaging-distribution process is taking place. After 4-6 weeks of production process, customer satisfaction is ensured and the order is completed.
